Good quality. The staff is polite and the price is true.

This location is consistently reliable and efficient. Jose is a gem and saved me much time on several occasions when I've went to pick up a car. The staff here is second to none and the reason I come back.

First time renting from this location and definitely will again if need be. The mangers and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They even sent me a follow-up email just in case if I needed help.

The agent at this location made it easy and seamless. She gave us clear instructions for after hours drop off. I would certainly recommend Enterprise

needed a car during repairs on my own car. insurance arranged it.. enterprise called car was clean inside and out. me to schedule and kept me up to date on the rental status.

All other stores in manhattan direct you to this branch. It’s the only one open. Get here at 10:05 pm last night and it’s closed. The guy wont take my car. Get here 25 min after it opens the next morning after paying a fee to park overnight in nyc.. still the employees wont take my car. GO ELSEWHERE
