Little expensive but it's Manhattan what do you expected?
Reserved a car same-day for 11:30 AM. Did the remote digital check-in. Arrived at the rental office at 11:20, drove off with rental at 12:20. Need I say more? In my 15 years as a NYC resident I’ve never had such an incompetent experience as I did yesterday renting a car from your company.
Great, convenient location. Dawnette was super helpful in arranging and completing the reservation. Quick and seamless experience. In and out in a matter of minutes. Would rent from this location again.
Terrible experience. Hoorrible personnel, aggressive and 100% not helpful. Don't come to this center and try to avoid Avis if you have the chance
