Always liked Alamo. They make things very easy and you come take the car and leave in less than 15 minutes. Sometimes you will have to wait for your car, but usually it is there ready.

Wish I could give them 0 star. We reserved a car 3 weeks in advance, but when we went there to pick up. They told us no car available. Can’t believe this. Horrible service! Do avoid Alamo!!!!! I have never had this issue with other rentals.

Nice service and clean car

I rented a car from here today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I dealt with two of the friendliest and professional ladies that got me on the road super quick and subsequently the drop off was just as pleasant. Definitely my go to place from now on and I’ll recommend to friends.

Bad customer service overall, employees at the counter were unable to help me find a solution even though they had the possibility to do and had a condescending attitude. Left with no service provided.

ive been coming to Alamo Rent A Car for years. ive gotten a couple leases. Elli Uychiat, has been the most helpful person. He truly makes you feel at home. We didnt even talk about the car, we just had a good time talking about life.ELLI UYCHIAT IS YOUR MAN!!!!
