Budget Rent-A-Car

It’s very confidently located in the Times Square area and the service was good, however there was a problem with the passenger side window that did not have a tight seal which let unwanted air and noise into the vehicle.

Edwin checked me in and his positive attitude was delightful. I appreciate all the safety precautions this location is taking. I am looking forward to when the have full rental hours.

I would give you four stars if not a one of your representatives, who worked at the location 304 w 49th St, New York, NY 10019 at 7am, I think his name is Ezequiel. He saved my situation and he stayed extremely nice and friendly even to me being very rude. Thanks to him my experience was very good. Thank you

It is so easy to rent and the service is grate.

I'll preface this review by saying my last experience with Budget at LGA was a nightmare. However, my experience with Budget @ 49th St. was 100X better. The rental agent Edwin was extremely helpful and friendly. The car itself was clean and we had no issues with the performance of the car.
