Excellent customer service! Jean and I believe the managers name was Jake, they were very helpful and helped me get the car I wanted for my trip to Maine. Will definitely be returning for future rentals! Thanks again guys.

Really fast pickup experience! Was in and out with a car in 5 mins. Woman I interacted with was very professional and nice.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It took about twenty minutes to get the rental. Very smooth transaction.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My rental was for 9am, I did not receive a car until noon, having to wait outside in line for 3 hours alongside twenty other customers. After waiting 1.5 hours I attempted to cancel my rental and receive a refund however was informed it was non-refundable. Horrible experience.
They were very respectful and patient.
