Never had a better car rental service experience. We rented a car in the weekend. On Monday morning we arrived at the rental station and they informed us that we rented a car which was not available at the moment at that specific station. They were fetching it, but it would probably take 2 hours. We were offered another car. As we chose a specific car, we declined the other smaller car and decided to wait for the one we reserved. The staff really made an effort to get us on our way as fast as possible. They offered a very generous financial solution, and even made us a good deal on not have to refill the car on return. The car was splendid almost brand new and we had a perfect trip with it. Thanks to the team at this Enterprise rental station!
I received a call the evening before our scheduled pick to make sure they were ready. I have had reservations “disappear” at other rental agencies, so call was much appreciated. The car was there and ready as promised. The staff was kind, responsive and respectful making the experience not only smooth but quite pleasant. I will be a return customer here.
Our family has returned home from a trip to New York. Looking back now, in terms of arranging the rental car for this trip, I consider myself extremely lucky to have chosen your store to rent a car. Your superb business, patient introduction about car rental procedures, friendly answers to every question I had, and guidance on how to install my EZ-pass transponder relieved my worries and gave me a wonderful experience. George, I would like to express my sincere thanks to you. I will definitely do a rental car with Enterprise next time and recommend it to my friends.

At the last minute I needed to change my drop off location from Chelsea to midtown. I called ahead and was told it was no problem. I dropped off, got my receipt and was on my way. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the flexibility and good customer service.
Never had a problem with them before. I went to where my car was being fixed and the address of the enterprise that would be picking me up. Had text message proof. Even spoke to the gentleman before hand to make sure I didn't need a ride of my own. They said they had it all taken care of. After 10 min over the time they said they would meet me, I called and asked how much longer. They said they were short staffed and Noone could come get me and they would call me back and somehow my reservation was mysteriously changed to me picking it up there. After 30 more min, the manager called me back and said someone would come get me soon. So after waiting at Gerber for an hour, a guy from a different location finally showed up and had the car for me. It was a nice car but it REAKED of weed. I gave the kid a look as he drove away like 'did you just smoke on the way here??' And the interior had smoke stains. Kinda like they scrambled to clean someone's personal car to loan me.
Totally scamed. Not trying to put any dirt into this great company but we got scamed by these guys into this branch. We used their parking lot. Left the stuff into the car during the rental, when we get back next morning, the car was missing and was given to someone else. Sorry Enterprise!! I respect your reputation, but you scamed us indirectly through your employees. Maybe you should check who you are hiring. Appreciated if it is taken into consideration.
OMG. TERI LE CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently had a horrible experience with enterprise. I rented a car for four days and left my wallet in the car when I called and asked that I can come pick up my wallet they insisted they check the car and my wallet was not in the car I called back again to please re-check. They were persistent on not checking the car because they said they already checked it. Two weeks later I received my wallet in the mail from the next person who rented the car. She stated that she found it in the car when she left enterprise. Thankfully this nice citizen mailed me back my wallet. Unfortunately I already had to cancel all my credit cards and get a new drivers license. Registration and insurance card issued to me along with many other personal documents.
They took my money on a debit card, but once I went there to pick up my card, they would not accept it. It was not made clear to me at the time of rental only in the fine line details. They gave me no options so that I could get a car and left me stranded out of state. Would’ve been nice for them to offer me an alternative, but they would have no part of that, they did not care whatsoever. I will never use them again.
Outstanding experience and great customer service. Even though I made a mistake in my timing for reservation, manager was keen to solve the problem fast and offered a solution providing us a great vehicle. Thank you very much to Assistant Branch Manager Mr Jefferson Francois!
