We are not from NYC and the thought of renting a car in this huge city was a bit daunting, however the staff at the Hertz on 55th Street were fantastic with service & extremely helpful with directions. One of the staff even escorted us to the lower level to our vehicle.  Well done.  Well done indeed!!

Amazing guys! Dropped off at 11:59 for a 12:00 pm close on New Years eve. They were the most cooperative people ever!!

Fairly good service throughout the transaction. I wouldn't say it was the friendliest service that I have ever received but they got the job done in an efficient manner. Driving in NYC however, was a completely different story! A great location to rent from and I would recommend them from my overall experience.

Excellent service and care. The team is professional and personal- they made sure that each customer received their car as efficiently as possible in the midst of the summer crowd and demands.
