5 star experience from start to finish. The car we were assigned only had a quarter tank of gas, so they offered to switch it (but we decided to keep it). Car was in a great state, and the return process was super fast and simple.

I went into Alamo during a bit of a rental car crisis. They usually do not take walk-ins but Miguel saw that I was in dire need of a rental and did everything he could to help me out and give me a good deal on a car that I was able to drive out that same day. He really saved the day! Thank you Miguel for being a true lifesaver!!!

Get there on time, pick up car, get going. Easy drop off, convenient location, great car.  Can't complain.
