Good location. Parking a bit small. So, you have to immediately get out the garage because new car is coming to the garage. Clean car. People in the garage were friendly. Front desk could be more customer service oriented.

Small office but highly efficient; smooth pick up and return procedures and no unnecessary try to sell additions-that is Hertz service as I like it.

Excellent service. Car was ready on my arrival, drove out the door within 10 mins. Same on returning, drop off completed with 5-10 minutes. As this was my first time renting a car in the city, I was a little dubious given the mixed google reviews but everything went very smoothly. Great location too as straight onto major exit roads. Will use again without hesitation this time!

Didn't had any issues in finding and then retrieving car. Was in and out quickly.
