Rented a car last minute to drive from NYC to Atlanta. The representative was courteous and quickly checked me out. I cants day enough nice things about the customer service that he provided. Thank you.

Service is bad. 1st car crashed with yellow engine light after 385 miles. 2nd car has 'maintenance rwquired' after 200 miles. They never come to you with servuce but sending you to look for servuce. Very bad service 😣😣😣😣 abd

They rented me a car with expired plates. I was pulled over and the police impounded the car. Left me in the street with my luggage. Hertz covered the Uber and the ticket but it's difficult to understand how this happened.

Yolanda was fabulous - helpful and friendly.She got me a car though I was an hour early. She got me an EZ pass which was not in my car. Check in was easy which was great since I was running to make my train. This station is wonderful and wonderfully close to Penn Station. Staff is terrific especially Yolanda

This is the worst Hertz location I have encountered. There were 10 customers in this store when I was there, and each one of us had a problem with our car or our reservation due to the mean spirited approach here. Total time spent in shop: 47 minutes (estimated).
