Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent from Enterprise locations all over the world and the customer service I have received at this location over the years is among the absolute best. They are friendly, courteous and accommodating, even during the busiest times of day when the garage where they are located is a total madhouse. I have rented from here for years and will continue to do so. Great job especially to Omar and St. Louis!!! You know where to get the best BBQ!!!

I actually had a really great experience here. We rented a large SUV on a Friday at 530 and there was no line. We were a little early but they still got us set up right away with no delays and fully explained everything. The car was clean, had gas and was exactly what we wanted. I was blown away. Good job here Enterprise!

I have rented a couple of times from enterprise. This office is the worst. As mentioned previously in another review, they lie and provide false information. They gave me a car that a previous customer smoked in noting that I had a two year old in the vehicle. I called them as I turned the car at another state and they promised a full refund which did not happen. Another thing is that I wanted to change the method of payment before they close the account and they provided an excuse that they were not able to do noting that I rented from the same location before and it was done. I would recommend seeking another company to rent from even if I end up paying a slightly higher amount. I complained to the enterprise corporate office twice and did not hear back from them. Clearly customers are not a priority.

They are cheaters in Manhattan office. They will robb you if need a car in urgency. They highly over charged me when I got a car to go to Philadelphia on 23rd April. When I dropped car in Philadelphia, the officer as me to call in New York office to resuce price because he also knew it is over charged. But it was 7 pm and no one pickup up the phone in NY office. I will never recommend this Enterprise rent a car company.

Superb service from this company! Travon was not only kind to us during a stressful time, he went out of his way to exceed our expectations. The process was fast and efficient. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
