Great customer service! I needed to extend my time with my rental car three times, and the team made it a breeze. They also gave me an upgrade to a larger car, which was very nice. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with Enterprise!
Derek was great, my car pickup date needed to change and he made that happen and my car was ready and clean when I arrived. He was friendly, quick and professional. Amazing that he can juggle all he does!
The Good! Awesome service by Trevor! Had a really hard time finding the vehicle I needed, had a hard deadline to meet and Trevor made it happen. Despite maintenance issues and being the only person working, dude got it done. The Bad: Enterprise’s website inventory system is a ruse designed to get you in the door of the local branch and any cost, lying included. They never have the vehicles the website says they have and will allow you to “reserve”. Then you get dropped off at, or picked up and taken to a local enterprise; and now you are stuck! Naturally you most likely rent whatever they suggest. Also, they never answer the phone. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes-no dice. Better off to go to the store in person. Which AGAIN, is exactly what they want! Anyone else seeing a pattern here? So overall enterprise gets TWO STARS. The UGLYtruth: most car rental companies suck at a corporate level anyway. Since Trevor provided outstanding customer service and this review is for the local branch where he works; 5 Stars! Good customer service is about caring and effort-exactly my experience. So thanks for being a solid human Trevor!
These people are unscrupulous. I traveled 10 hours today on a bus and took a uber to this rental location. Traffic was bad and I was slightly later than my reservation time so they gave my rental to someone else and didn't even try to notify me and had no other vehicles to rent. I was beyond devasted. I was able to find a nicer vehicle from Avis across town and they were very kind to me.
I’m supposed to pick up a car tomorrow at 8:30 am to go to my brothers funeral in KY. received a call at 4:37 PM tonight that you do not have a car for me and won’t have one until after 11o’clock tomorrow morning. Now I am left scrambling, trying to find a car. Why did you even take my reservation???
October15, 2021 sorry bunch of employees, place reservation 6 weeks before simple Compact SUV wasn’t ready had to wait one hour, return car, left packages in, they were taking by someone, second car dirty not cleaned at all, had to sanitize it myself , windshield no fluids at all. Return it left 100$ pair shades they took them loss and found didn’t call me. They don’t have cars ready for clients.They over charge and then say the give you a discount Bull. Sorry + they just sit around acting like they working , everyone goes lunch at the same time. Sorry no good management!! Never going back second time bad experience, won’t be a third!!! 0%
The people here are nice, respectful, and professional. I had left a whole bunch of stuff in the old rental accidentally and when I came to pick it up it was all neatly bagged up and ready for me to take and go. I really appreciated them taking that extra mile! I’ve been renting a car for a while due to an accident and every encounter I’ve had with each worker there is very pleasant.
I did return the car in time within exactly 3 days. Unfortunately, the agent did not report the time correctly and charged me total 4-day fee. After I received the receipt and found the mistake, I called costume service for fixing this problem immediately. After I waited for 24 hr, however, the problem was not fixed and they still charged me an extra fee for one more day extra 100 dollars. I am so disappointed and never come back to this local service again!
I was religiously their customer for a very long time until my past 2 experiences. My first awful experience, I had booked a car online; called first thing in the AM and was told that the car would be ready by the time I pick it up 6 hours later: Well, alas!! when I arrived I ended up staying 2 hours before someone could figure out when I would get a car and as a result I ended being late to my destination. However, I Kept my cool and decided to give them another try. 2nd time , As usual I called and was told the car would be ready; only for me to arrive and being told " you have to keep the car for 3 days- pay 3 days surcharges" Whilst personally I had booked only for a day . Well lucky for me I called Hoover Enterprise; took in my consideration and addressed my bookings. Avoid Palisades Enterprise by all means unless of course you want to be disappointed. PALISADES ENTERPRISE > THE CARS ARE YOURS BUT THE MONEY IS MINE. adios....
