Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is THE preferred Enterprise Location & rental car option of choice amongst all others in Fargo. To me, a long-time Enterprise Plus Member who has rented accumulatively for years, I have been to both the other Fargo locations as well as other rental options like Hertz or Avis & I like the quality of their vehicles, selection & staff at this location by far. It starts with Mike the manager here & his professional, courteous & customer-service orientated style which obviously he has trained his staff with. Abby, for example, is just awesome too. Such a kind, pleasant person. Upon us picking up our last car she ran out before we left to offer my young daughter a little foam Enterprise car to play with. Made her day! You are greeted here with smiles & leave with a clean, nice vehicle every time. Enterprise Fargo South is a cut well above ANYwhere else in town.

I was so happy that Mike was the one who dealt with my rental car reservation! He was an awesome person and I never once felt like I was being overcharged with something. I didn't even have to return the car in shining condition! Thanks

Very bad customer service. I made my reservation 3 days before my car go to the shop to get fixed and today I went to pick up that rental car they don't have car available for me. I will never make a reservation with anything call Enterprise. Complete embarrassment and nonsense. Should be first note staff laugh at me and keep talk over me and tell me that she don’t want to hear anything from me anymore ,it’s dishonest and disrespectful staff . I don’t recommend it to anyone.

I made a reservation online and was called 30 min later to be told they had no vehicles to rent. I have complained about this to there customer service in the past and said they were sorry it should not happen . Ironically at 2 locations here in North Dakota and they both say there lots are empty. I asked why it shows online they have vehicles when they obviously do not and get the proverbial I'm sorry it must be a glitch in the system. I also discovered that if you call there headquarters in ST Louis that you will get a mailbox that is full, a message that they are closed during normal business hours and best of all a person overseas who can only email someone who supposedly will reach out to you . Can you say False advertising

Mike was amazing to work with. He is a very nice and genuine person and I never once felt like he was trying to upsell me or pull a fast one on me. He is BY FAR the best individual to contact in regards to renting a car. I have ZERO complaints.... truly a stellar human being.

Not a bad experience at all. Only a three out of five because they sent someone from a store 15 minutes away from where I work when I specifically gave them the exact store designation number for the store that's 100 feet from the door of my place of business. Because of that I was 15 minutes late to work instead of being brought to the place next door to my work as planned. It seemed odd to me also because it was 15 minutes further away from the pickup site than where I arranged things. However Abby was completely pleasant to work with and a charming person to ride with. I'd used their location again.

Definitely legit, we reserved a small SUV. When I was talking with the man working, about our plans and he was definitely paying attention. I had briefly mentioned that we had kids just once. He then upgraded us to a minivan, and anyone that knows anything about rentals knows that a minivan rents for around $100 a day and the small SUV we had rented was in the mid 40s. We had this rented for 5 days, so he gave us approximately $275 for nothing. So shootout to you Enterprise. We will 100% be back, and I 100% recommend them.
