Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Arrived in 10 minutes from the Philly Airport only to spend an hour in a total confusion. Many customers waiting and no vehicles available. Unkept location.Bathroom,check in kiosks but only one exit gate open.Sent off to Lyft!! Second day check in snooth. The place still dirty. Thank

Enterprise helped me with the option to extend my car rental last minute when I had the option to take a later flight for a airline voucher. I was able to stay within my existing reservation since I was dropping off early. I’m general they have always been good to me when it cones to car upgrades and pick ups and drop offs.

Great experience! Pick up was very fast, they even brought the car around since we were traveling with a child. The car was very nice and drop off was just as easy. The person at drop off loaded our bags onto the bus so we could make that shuttle. No complaints, will be using enterprise at PHL again.

We really appreciated the very efficient and smooth process for pick up and return of our rental car at the Philadelphia Airport Enterprise. Vehicle choice was a nice feature. Vehicle was clean and gas tank was full on pick up.
