Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely the best!! From start to finish!! Original rental was at another store miles away. The staff at this location politely and with ease moved that reservation pick up to this location. Easy and fast pickup of vehicle, Tahoe was great! Staff called multiple times to check on me, very POSITIVE!! Kept me informed of my rental and info without having to call. That's great business practice!! They came to me I didn't have to chase them down. Dropped off Tahoe. Picked up another vehicle same great serve. Again, proactive communication with me. Dropped off vehicle no problem. Go here!! Side note: was looking to buy new car. Multiple car dealerships along the street. Walked into numerous car dealerships. Multiple times NOT ONE car salesman said hi or acknowledged me. Not a good look when you have a prospective buyer willing to spend $$$$ foe a new car. Dropped off my rental with Enterprise. ALL the employees acknowledged me and said HI! Von said HI to everyone who entered. Take a lesson from Enterprise car dealerships.

I was set up with this branch through my insurance company while my car was in the shop. I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone in the office was. It’s almost Christmas, but everyone was taking their time with customers - very helpful and kind. I could also hear the team making calls in the back and their customer service was just on point. Randomly great experience.

My insurance company set up a rental for me while my car was in the shop being repaired. The customer service was excellent. They called in advance before I came in to pick up the car and gave me a heads up on when I needed to return the car. The rental agent made sure I was comfortable with all the features of the car.

My experience renting a vehicle at a most needed time was exceptional. The Customer Service Reps were efficient, professional and very courteous. I would use "Enterprise" again as my "go to" car rental company!

Great service, everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions. I went to them through my insurance after a collision, and I had no idea what the procedures were because I'd never been in an accident before. They walked me through everything and were so helpful

I had a nightmare experience renting from Enterprise while trying to get a car serviced at Honda. I picked up my car from Honda and was rushing to get it back to Enterprise before they closed for the day. Honda offered to call Enterprise and return it for me. 24 hours later I get a call from Enterprise saying the rental was damaged. Despite dropping off the car the day prior, they did not come pick up the car and notify me for 24 hours. I asked about what was damaged and for picture evidence but I never received anything and my insurance had not received any pictures 2 weeks after the incident either, but we were quick to get a bill and charge.

The staff here is amazing! They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed for our trip. These guys were an absolute blessing and I can't recommend them enough!

I was in need of an emergency rental. I had things to do to get ready for my brother’s funeral when I discovered that someone had sawed off the catalytic converter from my own car. Between The Hartford and Enterprise, they saved the day by removing the extra stress I was under by working with me to get my vehicle repaired and getting me back on the road again. I thank you with all my heart for being there for me when I really needed hassle free assistance. Thank you!

The Manager Destinee is wonderful! The entire staff is professional & knowledgeable, the process was easy and the facility clean.

Destinee was amazing help and she even talked to the insurance company to figure out why we didn’t get a reservation number. She made the situation a lot better and worked quickly. Everyone here was very nice.
