The customer service representatives at this location are pathetic. The lack of customer service training is obvious. This site gives Avis and Uber a bad name and should be closed indefinitely. The guards in the gatehouse were pleasant unlike the imbeciles working inside. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Very rude or mental health issues either way uncalled for behavior. A women picked up the phone said I dont know about any car rentals for uber then hung up the phone. Called at 4 pm a hour before they closed. Extremly rude and I am in complete shock at what I expirenced. She should never be allowed to deal with customers at all.

Wanda was a pleasure to deal with She got me in and out of there so quickly and even set up my Uber account to work with the new car that I was getting I would come here first if I wanted to get a car don’t go anywhere else if you work for Uber need a car in Philadelphia!

Go to Hertz. This place is always disappointing me.

The only good person there is Bryant they can't handle people payments so check your statements if you're going their for a car
