Enterprise Truck Rental

My son rented the overhead cab with the liftgate to move his toolbox to his new job. The whole process was painless & very, very affordable. We contacted numerous moving companies to handle this small task of moving a mechanic tool chest, a portable tool cart & small items. The moving companies wanted $1,800 & up. Enterprise came in under $140.

If I could rate this experience less , I would . On Monday , March 12 , 2018 , I rented a van for two days . Cost $59 a day . $150 deposit . The damage shown in the photo was there at the time of my pick up .The employee , never noted the damage on any paperwork . When returning the van , the employee tells me I have damaged the vehicle's doorstop cover. Therefore relinquishing my deposit. I did no such thing . I find it odd the damage in the picture was not also noted ? !! I feel I have become the scapegoat for fraudulent business practices . Like I am being held responsible for the damage another party did to the van .BEWARE , take pictures of ALL parts of the vehicle you rent . Make sure the employee notes all damage . Shame on Enterpise .

The staff at Enterprise on Golden Ring Road have been great. Fast, friendly service. The trucks have been well maintained.

It's hard to give a rental place 5 stars because they always do something saddening or annoying. These guys were friendly, courteous, did not try to up sell me and didn't hassle me when I got back. The truck I was given was in excellent condition. What else can one ask for?
