Ran my card 4 times and got it blocked..  had to get them to give me a ride to the bank to get the cash needed to rent the truck...ugh

Had quite a bad experience here, though it wasn't clear if it was an issue with just this location. The truck loadable weight stated online was around 5000 lbs. more than the truck we were provided. So we had to leave some furniture and other items behind. They couldn't give us a truck that actually hauled what the website stated it would. They did give us a partial refund but still overall not a great experience.
