My last rental in Orlando was a very horrible experience, with no fast break I had to wait 1HR30 in line to get my vehicle. If you have a long line  reps shouldn't be taking a break or entertaining long unnecessary conversations. What better way to deal with this pandemic then fast break, no contact with anyone except when you leave the lot in the vehicle. Bad move Budget!

Made a truck reservations online went with Uber to pickup the truck but they didn’t have any I’m not happy at all !!! please check before you head to the store.
