U-Haul Moving & Storage of Takoma Park

Rental trucks here are generally in good conditions with no problems. If you want to refill the gas before you get back, there is a gas station right next door with decent prices. The only downside is that check-in and check-out tends to be slow, they never seem to have enough people on duty during the weekends--and that's when most people move!

Received an horrible experience. The employees and the manager were extremely condescending and rude and not helpful in addition they upcharge my mileage. I've used this location for the last 7 years for my moves I will never use it again due to how I was treated on Saturday.

Staffs are not useful here. There were a line of customers and two of them just sat there eating and cracking jokes without helping anyone. Highly recommend that you do not go to this location for service, drive a little further to a different rental place, then you’ll really save the same amount of time waiting and being frustrated here; but in exchange for a much better customer service!
