The rental truck and Penske rep that book my reservation over the phone were excellent. The experience of getting the truck from the horribly managed and staffed Home Depot Oxon Hill,MD location was worst than I could ever have imagined. All of the ignorant employees I encountered belong in the unemployment line.

Reserving was easy, the truck was very clean and the 3 day unlimited mileage is awesome!!

Awful. Avoid.
