Customer service counter rude as he'll. Had the audacity to try to deny me service and kick me out of line. She spent the whole time arguing with me and even told me to leave and go somewhere else! Moses, assistant manager did not address issue and let Candice rant and rave and abuse the customers. Was told there is no complaint process either. Assistant manager was even afraid to give me abusive employee's name. Apparently she bullies coworkers in addition to customers. Terrible, abusive treatment!!!!

Self pick up sucked. Kept assigning trucks that were not in the lot. Best to just reserve and walk into the front store. The female that tended to me was pleasant and after drop off i forgot my new apartment keys in the cup holder. They were helpful in returning them to me.

lot of trucks but customer service (front desk) isn't great. also, not sure who takes the calls when u call the local number but was on hold for 20 minutes. pretty much my whole drive to the location.

Excellent service! I went here to get a trailer hitch installed. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made sure the job was done right. They even covered the seats and steering wheel while the car was driven in and out of the garage. There are plenty of places to rent trucks, but I will definitely return to this U-Haul location when I need to rent a truck in the future due to the fast and efficient service I received. Clean, modern facility.

This location is an extreme pain to deal with. The customer service is horrible, after moving out of the unit 4 months ago and even after requesting directly from the manager to have the auto pay removed I am still being billed. I would not ever use this location again. Also Uhaul does not allow you direct communication with the store. You have to call the 1800 number and then they call you back. Never again U-haul!
