Budget Truck Rental

Great price but this is a kind of "satellite" office that does other things as well. I was overcharged by $65.00 due to mileage being entered incorrectly. However, the staff at the "All N 1 Stop Shop" communicated with Budget and I received my refund in just a couple days. In reality, the transaction was pending when I called about it and the company, Budget, could've just cancelled the transaction.

It was ok at first the prices seemed to be fine but when I called to see how much I would be paying how much would be credited back to my account they added all these fees and they said I used an excessive amount of miles that I don’t believe I used but as a tip to anyone else record the miles BEFORE you drive the trucks and record it when you bring it back. I’m still waiting on my credit back and they are saying some things take longer than others I’ve never had a problem getting money back to my bank by any other company

For starters, your website allowed me to reserve a truck only to get there and be told, they have no trucks available. Fine. But when I was checking my credit card statement, I saw that I was charged a "No show" fee of $50! No clue how you charge anyone any kind of fee when there were no trucks on arrival. When I called to have it removed, I was told to call customer care. Customer care told me I have to call my credit card people to have it removed, which made no sense because Budget truck rentals are ones who charged my card. So after the back and forth, I FINALLY got someone in this location, who still seemed confused about the refund, to remove it. How do you charge someone a no show fee, when there were no trucks available to rent when we arrived, AFTER reserving one? Never again.

I had a good experience here. I was told that the reason for the bad reviews were because the website would put through orders not checking the store's inventory. I came in and within 15 minutes I left with my truck in good condition. The manager was professional and very nice. Thank you!

Make sure to inspect your truck Make sure to inspect mileage They easily mix papers and info
