Penske Truck Rental

Don't be scared off by the negative reviews here on Google. I had a smooth, easy, and pleasant experience with this Penske location, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The location itself is tiny (it seems to share a building with several other businesses) but the service was excellent. It's also a one-man show, with the owner, Allen, pretty much doing everything himself (this is probably the cause of the negative reviews posted earlier). Fortunately, Allen is both friendly and competent, and he really seemed to want to work with me to match me with the right truck for as little money as possible. Furthermore, he's extremely willing to give out his cell phone number, and I had no difficulty contacting him at any point throughout my moving process. Overall, I got exactly what I needed from this Penske location, and the service was fast and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Really no stars. I experienced the same thing as the previous reviewer. The have weird hours and cannot reach them during any hours. Plus you cannot leave a message. Terrible!
