U-Haul Moving & Storage at Randolph Rd

Beware fraudulent charges!! I got a truck and the inside door handle was loose. I pointed out when I returned it that it needed to be fixed and the person receiving it said it would be fine. A week or two later, I got a call from Repwest about the "accident" and charging me for the repairs. The waits at this location are also often very long, but this was my first truly bad experience there.

Stopped by to fill up a propane tank. The staff member who helped me was really nice and efficient. It wasn't too busy, but I did visit later in the afternoon.

My company frequents this location for our business quite often. I have no complaints. Staff is polite and always have a truck for us

Extremely poor internal communication at the Rockville shop led to an incomplete hitch installation. Tried twice to call and speak to a manager but they were to busy to speak to me about it, didn't call back as promised. Will never go there again. Not worth the effort & aggravation.

Great prices, helpful staff. There can be a wait on weekends so give yourself some time for checkout. They also refill propane here, which is super convenient.
