U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The location seems to be family ran. The staff is not particularly overly friendly, but they are quite efficient. Since the business is part of a food market and the staff seems to consist of two people at any given time (at least visible to me), sometimes you'll have to wait to get their attention when returning or picking up. Other than the lack of smiles and slight delays to be serviced at the location, they were thorough and efficient when handling the transaction.

There's no sign on the actual door, and it's just a kiosk and a person. There's a full uhaul just up the street on waters rd

I will never go use this place again...Manger rude incomplete information .. He lies about fees. However made me feel like I was not welcome.. Never been in a place of business were the manger is the only one there yet has no customer service skills.. If maybe it was because I was black not sure.. Don't use this place 😧😧😧😡😡😢😢😢😢

U-Haul equipment was fine and will worked well, location was hard to find. People were... Okay. Lady rushed us to return truck by 11.
