Penske Truck Rental

Reserved a truck, it was there when I went to pick it up. The process was quick and painless. When I returned the truck, the office was closed. Didn't see a place, like a box or a slot in the door to return the key, so I locked it in the truck. Figured they had spare keys in case a customer lost a set. Turned out, they did not, but they didn't make a fuss about it, and managed to get into the truck. Cost was about the same as other truck rental places, but staff was top of the line. The truck had 75,000 miles on it but waa clean inside and out and ran just fine.

What can you say when you get great service and the trucks are exceptionally clean. The customer service is outstanding and professional. Good buy uhaul.

Called and placed a reservation a day before. Truck was there when arrived, checked out and on the road in 10 minutes. Return was easy, with a drop box after hours. Called the next day to make sure all was ok, and it was. Would use them again!

The place has many truck options (with and without lift gates) and their staff is fantastic. I was in and out in less than 20 mins and that is including the fact that I was #3 in line. I had to extend my rental for an additional day and did so without a single issue nor any extra fees. There is a 150 deposit which is completely expected and its money back guaranteed as long as you don't mess up anything in the truck and return the vehicle topped of gas/diesel. I always recommend to purchase full insurance just in case things go south.
