Penske is a national brand, but this location is not reliable. We rented from them. They pushed our pickup time back. And then back again. Still, no truck. 

Lady at counter is as helpless as we are. No one knows anything. Reservation made a week and a half in advance. We are still waiting, and the clock is running on the job we needed—and reserved—the truck for. This place is screwing us over even as we speak. No phone support, either. Just a giant robophone menu with no humans available. 

Recommendation: avoid. Use as last possible option, then cross your fingers.

UPDATE: Penske Truck Rental social media just added to this listing a bunch of Happy Corporate photos of multicultural families and flashy truck photos. (One-Star review? Flood the zone with happy corporate visuals.) Those photos are not from this place. This place is just a gas station.
