Enzo Clinical Labs

The woman there was very nice, but did not know how to use any technology beyond a fax machine. She did not know how to access my personal information, my script or my insurance online so she asked me to have my doctor fax the script to her instead. She did not know I had an appointment, which I booked through the Enzo website. She also asked if she could call me for my credit card info for payment later. She got a little defensive when I told her that the Enzo website has online payments, I'm sure it was somewhat embarrassing after all of the work arounds we already had to go through just to get me through the door. Seems like paying out of pocket and having my insurance reimburse me will be much less of a hassle than getting my insurance info into their files. After leaving she called because she didn't know how to access my address online and I had to tell her over the phone. Long story short, it is not the quick and easy experience we have all become accustomed to since the dawn of the internet 25 years ago.

I had the worst experience for a first timer! I called the Astoria location to ask if I can fax my script over and Pat advised me not to because she personally was not going to be in the Astoria location. She did advise that the office opens at 8 am on Friday morning and someone else would be there. Friday morning comes and I arrive at the Astoria location at 8:05am and the office was closed. I called numerous times and no answer. I called another location and they advised me the Group lead was going to personally come to the office. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes, the group lead finally came and assisted me. So, after 1 hour and 45 minutes later, 2 arms poked for bloodwork, I finally was being taken care of. Please if anyone does happen to need bloodwork, please, please call before going especially in the morning because you will be waiting an extensive amount of time like I did for a 10 min service.

Today I accompanied my lady to the lab in Astoria and had one of the best experiences,like going back in time when people actually were interested in the customer. We met Millie,who not just took the blood,welcomed us to Enzo but within 2 minutes of leaving to top off just a fabulous experience called our emergency contact to let us know we left our wallet there. Millie is a throwback...polite,experienced,sense of humor, and just alive,and real. She made us feel relevant. We were referred by my daughter a nurse,Millie deserves 10 stars. Keep her Enzo!

I was there this morning , And I have a needle phobia ... i simply stoped going to doctors Now every time I go get blood work They try like 10 times to find a vein 1 , 2, 3 Betty Myia was able to do it didn't feel a thing She was soft spoken , relaxed Thank you again

Location is not great and set up is confusing, there is no greeter to guide you through the process. The person I worked with was very agitated and rude and insensitive to my needs as her patient. Particularly my anxieties with needles and my fainting history with blood work. I cannot say empathy or professionalism is what I experienced as a patient at this lab testing facility. Had I not needed the tests done in a timely manor, I would of told them I would take my business else were. I would not wish this place or the experience I had on my worst enemy. By far it was the most unprofessional, uncompassionate, and lacking in basic human empathy medical service I have ever received. I highly recommend taking your business to other alternatives in the area. I will go to another location on a completely different side of town if I have to, to avoid going here again.

Quick and easy to get your blood work done! The lady working there was very kind as well.

Very good service . Got there @ 9.00 am and everything was done in just 15 mins . Lady works there very friendly and polite.

Early morning service is stellar. In and out in less than 10 minutes both times I've visited.
