Had an appointment. Was given attitude by the woman that worked there today. She was rude and could care less about the patients. She told me I needed I a prior authorization from my insurance in order to have blood work which was not true. They need to train their employees to know what they are doing
I am a twins mom. I was trying my babies blood work this is my 3rd Attempt & finally we got here thanks for phlebotomist Cermin & Alexgendra for helping us. They are very nice with my babies. Definitely I recommend to other & This will be my blood work place from today. If I have to do again.
We visted the morning after Thanksgiving, would have given 5 stars because one girl with round cute face was very professional and a problem-solversorry forgot her name, but the other was cold and indifferetlong and skiny face. Its a pity the service dependong on lucks...
Awful Vanessa is one of the technicians who draws blood, she's rude, aggressive and hostile towards people. I've never experienced such level of filth and unprofessionalism
If there’s 0 star that what they worth Two women work there very rode, they are creative to give every body hard time and put all abstract for the Clint to reschedule or go some where else
This place has no respect for patients and don't even open the office's door to listen to them. I was waiting for the elevator 20 mins before my appointment and tried to use the stairs and knoked on the door because my test has specifc time and she didn't even to answer that's also followed with very rode attitude.
Extremely rude people work at the front desk and they are super unprofessional. I would not recommend this lab to anyone.
Not bad wait time considering 1 person was working. They need more people working there for excellent service.
Yeah I should have listened to the reviews. After 40 mins of waiting, the miserable lab lady tells me that they're not taking walk in after 2 pm with lots of attitude. Why no one said that when I walked in then? And mind you the whole 40 mins, there was NO ONE ELSE in there waiting, or taking a test. no one walked in either. Then she says she can't do it anyway because the prescription is not specified enough, so go see my doctor and then make an appointment next time. I went back to the doctor, he was puzzled by what she meant. then he called the BS and told me to try another location. My question is, are you not paying your people enough to have some decency and people with respect or do just you hire horrible people? And don't send me a generic "I'm sorry for your experience, we take that into consideration" I call BS on that too. Let's hope lab Corp do better.
How do you make an appointment if the line leads no where and there is no website? Updated after response. Able to make an appointment with a automated message but how do I know if the prescription for blood work was received for the 2 patients and 2 appointments I set if I cant speak to anyone and confirm. Alot of issues for a medical office. Also have a special needs child going g for blood work and need to make the office aware. There needs to be an option to speak to a live person to avoid these issues. Update. Despite the phone issues and bad reviews I had to put an update because the ladies at the office were very helpful with my special needs child. Had to take a lot of blood and things could have been even more difficult but they were very understanding and worked with us. Thank you
