I was tired to taking appointment. But after making appointment I went this place before 20 minutes of my appointment time then They take care very fast & also I saw one of lady helping on the line to others how to fill out all information scanner machine . All stuff are very good. Thanks
10/01/2022/01:02 pm Rude staff, untrustworthy behavior, a young woman hit the table, slapped the computer and walked away. Later an elderly woman completed the rest of my tasks and expressed regret for this use. Hopefully TLC will release us or send us to another lab. We drivers pay for this test, but I spoke to the supervisor on the phone and he was nice and apologetic.
I’ve been there once and the service was great. Heading there tomorrow and decided to give my review because I think they don’t deserve such a low rating.

I tried calling 15 times to reach the front desk. I have been calling for 30 minutes since 2:40 and it's 3:12. The customer service is so poor, there is no way to reach anybody in the office by phone- might as well eliminate the phone number from Google. I cannot believe this is the location I am required to go to, but sadly, this is what has to be done. Disappointed is an understandment. This is an underwhelming, unstatisfying and the first and LAST time I will be coming here.

I was never mistreated in my life like this. The front desk lady was so mean to me and also yelled at me for no reason . I didn’t expect someone to treat me like this when I asked for help. She didn’t bother to help me. I was trying to clarify for help and she ignored me and didn’t respond.I never seen someone so rude at a place they work . If you don’t like your job just leave. I cannot even give this a 1 star . So rude and unprofessional

Don't go to this location, Rude staff. They do behave like they are doing you a favor by taking your drug test. Expect 1 hour wait even after booking for an appointment in advance. Owner of this location should provide customer greeting training to staff. Worst location to visit due to staff. Specially front desk.
