They burned my gown and spilled oil on it, then they tried to patch it up without letting me know. I asked for my money back and initially was only offered a partial refund.  Eventually, they refunded the full alteration price but only after I insisted upon it.  I ate the cost of the dress which was ruined. They don't speak english and they are very rude.

Best tailor and I always take all my clothes to Esquire when I need alterations.

They messed up my fiancee's wedding dress! She went in to have it hemmed, and they marked it with something red that wouldn't come off! They tried to clean it but they only smeared the stuff.
