The lady is good and very nice, I left two dresses there for alterations for two pageants, but the prices are too high. The last dress I was charged $200 for alteration of my dress -with no stone work- which was really a lot, over 2/3 of the price of the dress itself! and parking was very difficult (Do not park in front of building, it's all reserved spots). I can't come back as prices too high.

Rose tailored my mothers antique lace wedding dress and did an amazing job. She was very careful with the lace and did a perfect job of fitting it to me. Also very affordable compared to other places.

Maria does excellent work at reasonable prices. Whether she's hemming my husband's pants or completely re-working a horrible bridesmaids' dress, Maria is a pro. She's kind, but also honest -- if she thinks the alteration you're requesting won't work or will end up being unflattering, she'll say so, which I appreciate so I'm not wasting my money on lost causes. I've been going to her for years and there's no one I'd trust more with a tricky fix or ambitious dressmaking project, but I still take her simple hem jobs because I know she'll do quality work and won't overcharge me. She's the best!
