It's an ok trailer park community. It's a quiet and clean park if your are looking for community living. They do have a playground and a swimming pool. I personally have not been in the pool but it looks very well taken care of. They don't have much for actual playgrounds the one they do have is starting to show its age. Their basket ball court is not much to speak of just an empty lot with a basket ball hoop.

We were lucky to get a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom modular design home.. We love all the space and the price to buy is very reasonable.

It's a pretty decent place to live not to far from anything Sioux City has to offer. The only complaint I have is once the snow melted there is alot of trash all over the place
