Great little campground for our 4 day voyage across country. The host and owner led us right to our spots and very accommodating. We had very clean bathrooms and the playground was near for our son to run off some energy.

Pros:
Clean site, easy to find lots interiorly with escort to spot.
Walmart and food options within one mile.
Bathrooms clean and wide with 2 washer/dryers for laundry onsite. Both were handicap accessible.
Purchase LP gas on site - no local delivery.
Cons:
Bathrooms are rustic with exposed piping.
No area designated as tornado shelter (which is common for NE) or is the bathroom it?
No dog run area (perfect spot at far end of the park as the incline is not suited for RV pads).
No concrete pads = in rain/winter months sinking fifth wheels and Class A’s - even with boards or boards/plastic under the jacks.
*asked for additional gravel to put near steps due to massive clay muck and it took three days to put some where we parked and none where we walked out of RV (even tho we said we would purchase - they said no).
No fire pits allowed - even if using the waxed logs from Walmart.
Only real RV park in town so they kinda have ya caught there. We have been thru the Lower 48 and while it is not the worst one we have been to - it should also invest in itself in keeping with the times.

Green, clean, spacious lots! Breezy rolling country side conveniently off of Rt 2. Some traffic noise but distance enough not real noticeable. Bathrooms and showers spacious and clean. Reasonable price with Good Sam club about $27. Electric and water. Has dump station. More than an overnight. Would park here for couple of days or more. Would definitely return and would highly recommend!

What a great spot! My wife and I stayed here one night in our tent. I guess they don't get much for tent campers like us but our spot was beneath a beautiful oak tree on a nice level gravel pad. With water and electric nearby we had everything we needed. The employees (the owners I would assume) were very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and you could tell they take pride in the upkeep of their facilities. I would totally recommend staying here. Thanks!
