Excel Fitness Center

Two years ago I walked, more like crawled, into this place which was recommended by a friend. After fighting stage 5 kidney disease and a recent life saving kidney transplant, I was a broken man. I was broken physically, emotionally and financially. I was a total and complete stranger to both Mark and Kristi yet they still offered me a lifeline and a place in their gym to work out without any strings attached. The kindness and compassion that these total strangers paid to me will never be forgotten. They renewed my faith that people are good and have kindness in their hearts. If you were ever going to hire a trainer, hire them. Not only are they incredibly professional, they are also kind and lots of fun to be around. I'd give them 50 stars if I could.

I attended a Fit Adult class at Excel and was very impressed with the organization, movements and fun of the workout. Left wanting more. Excel fitness center provides one of the best fitness facilities for adults and kids in the Bernardsville/Basking Ridge area. Great trainers and the workouts are fun. Whether you want to work on functional fitness, mobility, strength, endurance, speed, or practice ninja warrior training, Excel provides it all in a state of the art fitness facility with knowledgeable, engaging and dynamic trainers.

This is the best group of trainers around. The classes are unique and challenging. If you are seeking to take your fitness to the next level, Excel is the gym for you.
