I went there to check out prices and as soon as I came inside the people wanted all my information from my address to my health insurance saying that "they just need to keep track of who comes in". I honestly found it very interrogating how they already wanted all that before I even knew I could afford it. When I was leaving the lady at the counter tried to grab me to stop me from leaving. This was very unprofessional of her and scary to be honest. I wouldn't join a gym that is that people hungry!

Great Place to work out, very clean and nice people. It's conveniently located on 25th street very close to everything. Price is reasonable and you get free parking. Never had an issue at this place, keep up the good work!

Don’t join because whenever you cancel u will be charged another two month for no type of reason and they give u hard time to cancel like if u moved out of bayonne then your screwed cuz a phone call won’t do it. I had to waste my time to come to cancel their stupid membership.

Questionable billing practices; blames billing company for incorrect charges even though club bills you. Fail to return phone call in a reasonable time. Employees seem to have high turnover. Seems no one communicates effectively so ALL employees know correct information. Hidden fees, like the fee to downgrade from a family plan to a single plan ($40+ I found out about later). Only gave two stars because I liked the classes.
