I purchased the unlimited Pilates package for 6 months at Hamilton Fitness, and I couldn’t be happier! Prior to this I had never taken a class before. Now, I make it to at least 4 classes a week with their easy online scheduling system and treat myself on the weekends to a class when I can! Their class times are perfect for me because I can come after work and make their 7pm classes or even a 6:30 class. I’ve been at it for 5 weeks now and started to see results by week 2. Someone who is behind a desk from 9-5 like me, I find this to be the perfect “me time” for 55 minutes where I can shut everything else off. Each day has a different instructor so it’s nice to have different routine every class and try new things. If you are looking to start this is a great program to consider! I look forward to renewing my membership!

CLEAN and AMAZING gym! I love it here! The staff is AMAZING! GiGi will never steer you wrong with your membership needs! They always have new products that promote TOTAL mind and body wellness. The staff here are both patient, honest and always willing to help. THANK YOU HHF staff for assisting me on my path to health and wellness!

Great boutique gym! Everything you need for a serious workout but the classes are what really shine (some of the best pilates instructors anywhere). Also love that there's a pool!

Small boutique gym with friendly and helpful staff. As others have noted, it's not large, not stocked with a plethora of equipment, nor cheap, but it is clean, and the machines / equipment are in decent shape. Space can get tight especially at peak hours. Would love to see a universal apparatus with a seat to allow for lat pull downs and dates rows.
