Membership is kind of expensive. BUT, you get what you pay for! This is a premium gym. Free 1hr trainer session every month with certified trainers. All trainers are certified in multiple disciplines. Pools and hot tub are awesome and very well kept. Locker rooms are plush and well kept. Steam rooms and saunas in each locker room. Plus premium spa shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower

This gym had the potential to be something very good for my father and was for a long period of time. Unfortunately, the gym cancelled my fathers membership because he approached the staff with a problem. He suffers from depression and some of the participants in his class got wind of it. They started to talk behind his back and when he was told by one of the other members it was really damaging to him. He asked the gym to resolve the situation so that he can just enjoy the gym and classes that were helping him so much. They chose to instead cancel his membership and not allow him to participate anymore which threw him deeper into depression. This happened two years ago and it still is the only thing my dad talks about. He was hurt very deeply by the management of this gym. It really is sad to see a staff deal with something in this manner. If only the gym could reach out and make it right. But they haven't and it has caused my family nothing but grief.

This location could really learn from their Carteret branch. The gym is always out of wipes, a lot of the equipment is over 10 years old and breaking.

This is the worst service I got in the fitness club. They tried to accuse me of lying. They said that they do not believe me that I'm moving to another state. And they said that I have to pay until I bring an official letter about the move.
