Dollar for dollar; the best gym around. Paul is an awesome & attentive owner. He knows his stuff. 

I love it there. My main complaint is all the hens that come out of the back rooms for classes & steal the free weights and then cannot figure out how to put em back in order. 

I love the place; I look forward to my workouts & the staff RULES.

Great place for a workout. Clean reasonably priced and the staff is over the top friendly and helpful.

Great gym with amenities.   Also affiliated with a chiropractor and message therapy right next door.  Very friendly and for all types.
