ZACK TRENDY was the manager when i experienced this. Worst customer service, and rudest employee i have ever come across anywhere. Read below. I will continue to spread my experience and the wrongfullness of this business. I have been a member there since last June. I pause when i go to school and i un-pause when i come home. I do 3 months at a time because of summers and sometimes i have months rolling over. However, back in January when i returned up to school, i had forgotten to freeze my membership. So i called on Jan 29, and the man on the phone allowed me to freeze, and he said i could for as long as i needed. So i said to keep it frozen until May 12 when i was home for summer. Upon going to the gym yesterday, i was told by a very nasty woman at the desk that my membership was expired and she kept pushing me to pay for a new one on the spot. I was confused because i paused it in January with 2 months left. She showed me a form that i supposedly signed on January 29 saying to freeze it for only 6 weeks, which unfroze it in March and the 2 months ran up. When i looked at the form, my name was signed on a date that i wasn’t even home. SOMEONE from this business FORGED my signature on a form and wrote incorrect dates in which only froze my account for a few weeks versus what i was told i could do. I went in today to talk to a manager who RUDELY spoke to my father and I, not wanting to hear us at all, laughed in our faces and made snarky comments. After being a member for a year here, this 24 hour incident has widened my eyes to the awful customer service they have, and to the disrespect of the employees. They lie, they push you to pay more money and they are incredibly inconsiderate. The manager consistently told me that it was my signature after i explained i wasn’t even home that day, i was up at school. never will i recommend them again or give them any business, i encourage you to stay away from this gym, as i have come to not trust the employees let alone management at all. BTW- the manager’s name who was probably the nastiest and most disrespectful employee i’ve ever come across- was Zachary Trendy. I’m posting this to spread my experience and to warn others before joining. i’ve heard of issues with this gym but i never had a bad experience until now— and it was made worse by the staff.

The staff is super friendly and it's the cleanest gym you will ever attend. A real positive environment.
