I had a basic manicure with shellac polish, and my daughter had acrylics. The staff were very friendly and interacted with us the entire time. My manicure was excellent and my daughter’s nails looked awesome! There’s plenty of parking due to their location, and prices are comparable to other local shops. Have already recommended to friends, and will return for fills and polish changes. Plan to have pedicures there eventually too!

absolutely adore this place!! don’t understand the bad reviews at all.. the girls are so nice and down to earth and do an amazing job every time; even when i have come in super close to close they are still attentive!

IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. READ THIS. I have been going here ever since they have been open. Visited last week and I'm sad to say that it will be the very last time. The other staff I usually see had the day off so I had a different person doing my nails. I hate reading long reviews myself but this will save you time. I could not recall her name but I remember her intensely drawn in eyebrows and that she was hired around November. She was definitely older than the other two staff members. She was rude and aggressive. She had a terrible attitude. Sighed and rolled her eyes occasionally and made it evident when I decided to change my nail polish color even before she got to coloring my nails (filing nails) it was an issue. I just wanted everything to be awesome before I went to NewYork. At one point during the filing, with my free hand I tapped the phone to check the time, her response "Dont check your phone. You'll get your nails dirty." I thought she genuinely cared at first. When we switched hands her reply was, "ugh. see what I told you it's all dusty now," and rolled her eyes. When we got to clipping and cleaning my nails..she made my fingers bleed. She was clipping off hang nails and did a "pull up" motion which ripped it and made it run up my fingers (extremely painful) this resulted in making them bleed a lot. When I asked her if i could have a paper towel or something to just momentarily stop the bleeding she said nothing and pointed to the direction where the sink was. while she was texting on her phone. I mentioned I was bleeding and her response was delayed as she painted over the blood and said "where?" with attitude then slapping the nail polish on the table. There were many instances where I wish I just got up and left but I felt like that would have been really rude. I waited to see if the experience would get better and It didn't. Working in the customer service department for almost ten years, it's hard to believe someone can get away with that sort of behavior. I came here on my only day off to get treated like this. I treat people the way I want to be treated. The final straw that made me write this review was when she Initially mentioned it was $40 then a $5 for design which was fine with me. Then she charged me $47 and on top of that I looked at my bank statement a few days later and saw I was charged $55. NOT OKAY. I called my bank. I understand it's difficult to find good employees, but don't get desperate and hire people who will lose you business.

I went in at 6pm at night and asked for a pedicure and a acrylic fill. The water for the pedicure was scorching hot and when I asked for the water to be turned down a little bit she put on cold water and let it finish filling so I had cold water for my feet so soak in. I asked for a basic black on my toes and received a dark blue, its close enough, I can make it work. My acrylic fill took almost an hour. Multiple times she kept prodding me with her own nail which was extremely painful, EVERY SINGLE NAIL IS SHAPED INCORRECTLY, and best of all the wrong polish was put on. I had picked out a navy blue with silver sparkles. When she finally started actually painting my nails I wasn't paying attention because I was talking with someone else getting their nails done. Half way through the first hand I looked down and noticed that I had bubblegum pink nails. The nail person sitting next to the woman doing my nails asked if I liked it and laughed while doing so. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I said it was different but to just finish. The rest of the time, every time that one of the nail stylists would walk by they would laugh at my nails. I paid $52 to have nothing that I really asked for. And today, I spent another $25 to get my nails fixed.
