Fast, friendly, and funny. Vicky did a great job on my nails and she was truly a pleasure to talk to. Plus they have the mood change gel/shellac! Princess Nails will be my only nail spot in Portland 😁😁😁

My girlfriend got her nails done here and she loves it. Best place that she has ever been too and would recommend others coming here in the future.

Super unprofessional. Rude. I've tried this place, giving them a chance multiple times. My regular nail place was closed and decided to give them another shot. Made an appointment, well into the day. Made me wait 20 minutes anyway. They did not greet me by my name and instead squaked at me, while with another client about my nails. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I walked out, never will return. No one else should either, in my opinion. I have zero clue how these people stay in business with how they treat people.
