Expert Auto Center

Recently , a friend of mine took her Mercedes Benz E-350 into this place to have a light bulb replaced in her left front headlight. This part costs about $40.00 retail. She was told, "All the wiring leading to the head lights needed replacing because the wiring gets so hot that it melts all the insulation off the wires and you could have a fire in the front end of your car. This is a design flaw on Mercedes. Last week we had a Jaguar in here for the exact same thing and it cost $1,200.00. We'll shop around and see what the parts are going to cost and we'll get back to you." Two days ago they told her the parts were $532.00 each and those were after market parts that they would try and make do with, although they couldn't guarantee their quality. Then they told her the labor would be 3 1/2 hours and the price would be between $1,200.00 and $1,300.00! She then took it to the Mercedes Benz dealer. Within 30 minutes they had replaced the bulb then they washed and vacuumed the car all for $53.00! Expert Auto has absolutely no qualms about stealing. Today I will be reporting them to the Kansas Bureau of Consumer Affairs. AVOID THESE THIEVES AT ALL COSTS!!! incidentally, they write their own reviews so be careful. You have been forewarned.

My husband and I own our own business and we've had numerous work trucks for employees to use on the job. We have been using Expert Auto to service these trucks for probably 10 years and they have never let me down. They remember my name and my company name. Just today I had my oil changed and asked them to rotate my tires. I saw a sign in there that said the charge for a tire rotation was $15 however they gave it to me for free because of all the business we give them. That's just kind of place this is. I don't think you'll find a more trustworthy mechanic than the shop.

I went in here today because i had a nail in my daughters car. I did not realize they were closed for the day for the Thanksgiving weekend. The gentlemen told me they were closed but asked what i needed. i told him that i could come back Monday but he told me he would take a look at it. Turned out that the tire could be plugged and he did it in a very quick manner. When i asked him how much he told me not to worry about it. When i told him i wanted to pay something he told me to just do something nice for someone else. What integrity. I will certainly bring my car back here for other work as well.

Their pricing is nonsense, and they couldn't install a belt properly. Avoid them. I liked their work the first time I went there.

I try to make this short .........I took my crv to get an 4 wheel alignment $75.99 They got the car in and start the two front wheel done, Than call me they can’t do the rear because of how Honda design, in order to get the rear align have to replace the rear camber part and labor $285. I said “YOU should confirm the customers before starting the job” part ,labor. They fails and charge $75.99 plus taxes for the front align only and told me that YOU DONT HAVE TO COME BACK. I said this is not a service business satisfying this is a ripoff and yes I’m not coming back.
