Shorey Automotive

On my way from Manhattan to Lenexa for a work trip, my car gave out on me when I hit Topeka. Of the 4 shops I called, Shorey Auto was the only one that could get it into the shop immediately. While I was on the phone with Mark, he was already getting me a tow truck to get it into the shop. In less than an hour Mike had diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately it was going to take a day to get the part. Before Mike even finished explaining the situation to me, Mark was again on the phone looking for a rental car for me. Mike drove me around to make sure I'd have a car to get home, and didn't quit until we found one. These guys went far above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough for their fantastic service.

Best shop in Topeka they get your whatever you have in and out of there shop in about 2 to 4 days Max. The problem is professionally fixed. Cheaper is not always better and trust me prices are fair work is top notch and time is perfect. I would like to thank Mike and mark for the work they did on my truck as well as everyone in the shop !

My check engine light came on, they checked out the rv, ran diagnostic free of charge told me I was good to go. They are the best in Topeka. If you need Auto work done on your car and you don't go to Shorey's Automotive, you're probably not the sharpest tool in the shed. If you know what's good for you, you'll go to Shorey's Automotive whenever you need work done on your car. They rock!

I bought my car off Craigslist and noticed it had a few minor issues that needed attention. I took the car to my usual mechanic and he inspected it and determined that it needed new brakes and rotors. Well, after spending the money on that work, the car's issues still remained. A few weeks later I brought it to Shorey Automotive to get a second opinion. I brought the car in at 7:30 a.m. on a weekday. They provided me with a loaner car and got me on my way quickly, and by 8:30 a.m. they were calling me to let me know their diagnosis. Several different issues were found that my old mechanic never caught or mentioned to me, and service manager Mark let me know which issues needed immediate attention and which things were so minor they could be put off a while. I gave the okay to fix what he recommended and by 3:00 p.m. that same day the car was fixed and drives like a dream! The cost of the repairs was fair and very much on-point with what a few other "cheaper" mechanics in the area had quoted me for the work. I'll definitely be bringing all our vehicles back to Shorey for future maintenance, and highly recommend their work! I couldn't be more pleased with the quick and professional service I received here.

I own a 2010 dodge ram 1500 towing a 5x8 tailer. I was traveling from California to Maryland when my water pump went bad and got stranded off of the I-70 Topeka service area gas station 66. It was Sunday at 4pm so I had to wait until the next morning to look for a reputable mechanic and tow truck that could handle my truck and trailer. I called Shorey automotive and Mark answered, I explained the situation to him and he totally understood what I was going through. He got Kitch towing out to do the towing, they were professional and very quick, plus they were able to get a truck out there to tow my trailer. Once I got to the shop, Mark was warm and welcoming. They figured out what was wrong right away, the price was fair; more importantly the helpfulness was monumental. I thought I was going to have a crazy day, but ended up calm and relaxed thanks to Shorey automotive. Thanks so much!
