I will not be taking my vehicles here again... I was charged for an alignment at Lawrence Automotive Diagnostics only to find out by a different alignment shop that my truck was not/could not be properly aligned because 2 of the 4 adjuster cam bolts were seized (due to rust). After putting 500 miles on my new tires, there is noticeable uneven tire wear on the outside edge on both front tires. This could have been avoided if they would have been honest with me about not being able to complete a proper alignment. I will have a different shop install new lower control arms w/bushings & adjuster cams, so the truck can be properly aligned... 1 star because of the lack of honest communication I experienced.

These guys are ROCKSTARS. Especially Justin. They had my car (2007 Honda Civic) for 5 days. They communicated with me, my parents and the Honda dealer to make sure that we got the best deal and that they fixed every single problem to the best of their ability. I ended up paying ONE THIRD the price of the dealer's estimate. Highly recommend Lawrence Auto Diagnostics.

I will only take my car to them, Great humans! They are super kind, will walk you through what is wrong with the vehicle, constant updates, decent prices, family owned, and will redirect you to other folks if they know you are able to received a rebuilt exhaust/muffler (just happened), and probably the best customer services I have had since I stepped into Lawrence. Like I said I will not take my car any where else, definitely recommend them to anyone

This is the third time I've received repairs from LAD, and the good people there have exceeded my expectations. They are always straightforward and fair with my repairs, and they do it all very quickly. Whenever I have any problems, they are my go-to people in Lawrence.

The guys at LAD have always done first-class work on my vehicles. This last time was for a car that my grandson inherited that had been lacking service for many years. The guys went over the entire car, checking everything that needed to be done. We discussed the safety and reliability items and they took care of them . The LAD team is thorough, reliable and professional. They will take care of you too.
