Christian Brothers Automotive Shawnee

My dad is a mechanic and has always told me that you don't want the cheapest shop. You want one that's honest and fair. My car had to have an emergency repair yesterday due to overheating and they were wonderful. They have a complimentary shuttle service so I didn't even have to miss any work while they serviced my car. They dealt with my extended warranty company for me. They did an inspection to see if my car needed anything else at no charge. When the cost of repairs was more than I could afford at the time they were able to prioritize the needs and help me decide on what was absolutely critical to get me back on the road and even provided an itemized and prioritized list of needs for the future. They have an educator discount that I was able to take advantage of because my husband is a teacher. And the repair was all done in one day. My husband and I were able to go pick it up after work. What could have been an absolutely horrible day was made a little better by the kindness and quality of service that I received at Christian Brothers. I also loved meeting their office canine companion, Jake. That pupper is a sweetie and he made me smile. I will be going back to Christian Brothers and I definitely recommend them.

Honesty and top quality care. I never have to worry about being scammed or taken advantage of. I recently brought a vehicle in for a radiator replacement. While they were working on it they gave me a call saying that I had a hole in my air conditioner condenser. They said they were not sure if it was pre-existing or if their technician did it but that they were going to fix it at no cost to me. They never even asked if the air conditioner was working before I brought it in. I knew that the air conditioner was working great before I brought it in. Their refusal to even ask if the ac was working before they went ahead and fixed it spoke worlds about their level of integrity and the level of the guys/girls working there. Thank you Christian Brothers for a great experience! I will recommend you all!

I went to the Shawnee, KS location to replace the tires on my car and have them mounted and balanced. I spent all of one hour total (max) until the job was complete. The staff was very friendly and the waiting area was also comfortable. I appreciate their quick and professional service.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled really quickly and they had me in and out in under an hour. I appreciated having free WiFi available in the waiting room so I could continue to work while I waited. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. The price for parts and labor was also extremely reasonable. I've found my new shop!

Trustworthy and kind people. I know that I am not going to be taken advantage of. I’ve had other repairmen tell me that I need to get several repairs done on my car and I really didn’t need them. I left the other repair shop worried and frightened but at Christian Brothers Auto they have never done that. You can trust that they will repair your car with integrity.
