KC Complete Auto Service--Troost

We've brought our vehicle to this location 4 or 5 times so far and overall we've been very pleased. They are courteous, fair, and honest - all things that are desired but not always easy to come by in an auto mechanic. They take their customer service very seriously, and as a result we are satisfied customers and plan to return whenever we need to again! ***** Update: (5/25/18) It has now been well over a year since we've been continuing to bring our vehicle to this location for service, and we are still very pleased. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough! They always go above and beyond. It's so hard sometimes to come by an honest mechanic (that phrase alone has become somewhat of an oxymoron these days), and yet -- they exist! KC Complete Auto Service on Troost is just one example. I love to be treated fairly, to have things explained to me, and to be made to feel like a valued customer. If you also want EXCELLENT service and a fair and HONEST mechanic, check them out! Again, I cannot recommend them enough.

I so appreciate the guys at KC Complete on Troost. All signs pointed to a BIG problem on my Hyundai, but it turned out to be an easy fix that didn't break the bank. It's hard to find the kind of honest, respectful, professional service I routinely get at this shop, but it really is the routine here. More importantly, when I am waiting for my car, I consistently overhear other repeat customers who obviously trust this team to do the right thing for them, too, and some of them have been very vocal about it while we wait for our vehicles. Michael and his team at KC Complete understand the value of that trust, and they go out of their way to make sure they earn it from everybody I have ever watched walk through their door. Bravo, guys!

These guys ROCK. I contacted them this morning upon learning I needed an inspection to transfer my registration to Missouri TODAY. After being told no by everyone under the sun, Micheal took the time to listen to my needs and the fact I work too much with limited time to take care of such things and assured me he would get me in if I came by when I could. He was on it, too! After I arrived, it was a very short wait before I was on my way with what I needed! They truly saved the day. They were all so nice, and did not act like they were being put out or inconvenienced by my last minute BS and that's kind of a big deal. Thanks guys!

My car needed brakes in a bad way so I decided to try out KC Complete Auto on Troost. It came up when I searched the internet and they had a lot of good reviews. Mike, Pete and the rest of the guys were very appreciative of my business and made me feel like I had been bringing my car to them for years. My brakes were in bad shape and the total was more than I was expecting, but I always felt like they were being honest. I was also able to finance a portion of the total with a 60 days no interest loan. I will definitely go back!

The staff is always friendly and most importantly they are honest. If my vehicles need something that must be changed or fixed they inform me, if it's something that can wait until next service or is very Minor they inform me of that as well. They are always busy but treat me as if I'm the only customer they are working with ,. They treat everyone that way . Very pleased with the service and management at this location, well worth the 45 minute drive to have my cars taken care of.
