I have been a patron for over 7 years.  Russell and his team are not like any I have worked with.  They have an outstanding work ethic, are genuine and really care about your needs.  They explain their service in layman's terms without being condescending. It is a comfort that I can deal with a mechanic without the reassurance of a male family member being present.

These guys are honest, and do a great job at a fair price. They don't price gouge females, or talk down, which I really appreciate more than I can say. There's often a sweet boxer dog there, and the counter is lined with family photos. They have an after hours drop also, which is really convenient.

Great place to take your car!   Trustworthy and professional staff that listens and tries to understand not only the needs of the car, but yours.  I have had some really bad experiences with other car mechanic shops in the past, but this was by far the best!

100% absolutely satisfied.  They have Very competitive prices for North Town. ( i checked) Russ was a straight forward guy with a great attitude! I'll definitely be back for maintenance.
