Gary came out last night to help tow our truck. He called ahead to tell us when he would be there, quickly got it set up, and even took the time to fill out our night drop form at the dealership for us, so the family didn't have to load up and make the drive. I know it was late, but thank you Gary for doing a great job!

They did great balancing my tires, but missed some big issues when they did the check through.

I was an employee for this company. I thought this was a good company with good ownership because the owner and his daughter always talked about family and how that was the number one thing. What they failed to say is that it's all about their family and they do not care about the employee's and their families. GARY the owner asked me to preform a VERY UNSAFE act on one of their tow trucks. A wrench cable broke and instead of him (Gary) replacing the cable, he told me to clap the cable back together, which is not only unsafe but AAA insurance policy. I told him "no that I will not preform a unsafe act that can not only hurt me but someone else." At that point Gary the owner told me " that if you don't clap the wrench cable together then you can go find another job." So that's exactly what I did found a better job. Not only that their repair prices are stupidly high dollar, they can care a less about their employees and their safe. Very bad and unprofessional company!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE OR WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
